Social Development Minister Anne Tolley says the latest results from the Youth Service show it is making a difference for at-risk young people, by supporting them to build their skills and prepare them for employment.
At the end of March, 86.5 per cent of the young people enrolled in the Youth Service were engaged in education, training or work-based learning. This is a 10.4 per cent increase, or more than 1,000 clients, than at the same time last year.
