The official geographic name for the city of Wanganui will be the alternatives ‘Whanganui' or ‘Wanganui', Minister for Land Information Maurice Williamson announced today.

Government Departments, State-Owned Enterprises and Crown entities have been advised what values the Government expects to be considered when Crown land is being disposed of.

The Crown is to seek clarification from the High Court of the Land Valuation Tribunal's decision on the Minaret Station rent case.
