Good morning, it’s a privilege to be here to open the ICNZ annual conference.
It’s a pleasure to formally open your conference this morning.
As the Prime Minister said in his State of the Nation speech a couple of weekends ago, New Zealand is in a fragile state.
It is my pleasure as the Minister for Ethnic Communities to welcome you to the first Lunar New Year Event in Parliament.
It is great to be here today at this event as Minister for Auckland and Minister of
