Good morning, it’s great to be here.  

First, I would like to acknowledge the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors and thank you for the opportunity to be here this morning. 

I want to recognise the very significant and ongoing contribution the Breast Cancer Foundation makes to support the lives of New Zealand women and their families living with breast cancer.

I intend to use this opportunity today to lay out the roadmap for the Government’s resource management reform programme.
