Can I at the outset convey my sincere condolences to the Niuean community of Aotearoa who mourn the passing of Sir Toke Talagi, Niue’s former Premier. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern paid tribute yesterday of Sir Toke’s significant contribution to Niue, New Zealand and the Pacific region.
