Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to address you today, and I am delighted to be here at the launch of the Taupo District Economic Development Strategy.

It is a pleasure to be here today for the official opening of this new viewing deck.

This is of course just the first stage in a major new development planned for this site.
