Good morning. Thank you for your invitation to speak today. I wear two ministerial hats in the Cabinet. One is Health Minister, of course, and the other is Racing Minister. If I can just wear the second hat for a moment, I think Millennial Magic would be an excellent name for a racehorse, and maybe that is an idea worth tossing around among a potential syndicate of nurses during the morning tea break.
