Statement on report by the Judicial Conduct Commissioner

Hon Judith Collins, who has Attorney-General responsibilities as they specifically relate to complaints concerning Justice Wilson, today issued a statement on the report of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.

The statement is:

"I have received the report of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner. There are a number of aspects of the report which need to be carefully considered. I will announce my response to the report in due course."

Ms Collins will not make further comment prior to issuing her response.
