Minister for Disability Issues congratulates Attitude Pictures
Disability IssuesMinister for Disability Issues Tariana Turia has congratulated Attitude Pictures who have been awarded the online broadcast rights for the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games.
Attitude Pictures is collaborating with NZ On Air, ACC and TVNZ to make coverage of the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games possible.
“Attitude Pictures has continually produced high quality television. Programmes made by the disability community about issues that are important to them,” says Minister Turia.
“These are programmes that everyone can enjoy watching because it tells stories from the perspective of those that live with disability. I congratulate them on achieving these broadcasting rights to the Paralympic Winter Games and I look forward to being able to watch them on New Zealand television. Congratulations Attitude Pictures. We are all proud of you!”
The Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games will be held from 7-16 March in Russia. Attitude Pictures will present New Zealand audiences with 44 hours of coverage and highlight packages.
